
After years of experience in various management positions with American Airlines, Terence F. Hanlon transitioned into the precious metals industry as Vice President and General Manager of Dallas Gold and Silver. After growing Dallas Gold and Silver into an industry leader during the boom times of the 1970's and 80's, Mr. Hanlon joined Dillon Gage in 1987 to launch a new division, Dillon Gage Metals, where he currently serves as President.
From concept to implementation, Mr. Hanlon has directed all areas of this multifaceted corporation that includes services in bullion trading, refining services, jewelry closeouts, numismatics and specialty minting. Under his leadership Dillon Gage Metals has become one of the largest and most diversified precious metals companies in the United States.
Mr. Hanlon has become a well known figure in the precious metals industry, working with the world mints and serving on boards such as I.C.T.A. (the Industry Council for Tangible Assets), the industry's national trade association and CERT (Coalition for Equitable Regulation and Taxation) an industry based lobbying organization in Washington D.C. He is a lifetime member of the ANA (American Numismatics Association), a member of PNG (Professional Numismatic Guild) and IPMI (International Precious Metals Institute) and has been frequently quoted by trade and financial publications, ranging from Coin World to the Wall Street Journal.
